I have a lot of experience under my belt and lots of qualifications.

I am not new to disability, mental health and aged care.

I also am multilingual so I am able to support you in english, polish and basic italian.

Having family that require mental health care gave me a lot of experience before I got qualified from a very young age of 5.

My passion is community service, support work, Ndis and supporting the hills community to those that can't get access to services or have been waiting for a while.

I am a fully qualified support worker with family background experience in mental health and disability.

I also have experience in Chsp and hcp packages (commonwealth government scheme packages & home care packages). Being part of the assessments team I put documents and files togther and went out with coordinators to assess new clients and then log all details into the governement system called My Aged Care.

I continued my training in business administration and other various training courses which I continue to do and further my education to this day.

I started in support work 6 -7 years ago at Umbrella Multicultural Community Care with my qualification in hand I began helping people in their homes being able to speak my own language.....Polish!

I then moved into assisting the package co-ordinators and entire office team which taught me a varity of skills supporting the management, finanace and home support services team.

After 5 years I then began working on my Chidlow Cleaning & Support idea while working at Uniting WA. working there enabled me to use my support work and office skills and really opened my eyes to community service and the reality of the dire need to accomodation and support services.

This was one of the most valuable experiences I've had in a long time and was the turning point in my life where to go......should I continue or branch out on my own?

I decided to take the plunge after family death and go for it and branch out on my own. I had nothing to lose. So I created Chidlow Cleaning & Support and started......
